Disaster Action Team (DAT)

Microsoft Access Database Specialist: Assist with creating, updating and maintaining Access Database. Proficiency in developing tables, queries and reports required.

Disaster Responders: Provide direct assistance to individuals/communities or work behind-the-scenes to support large scale disaster relief operations. Training is provided at no cost to registered volunteers. Volunteers travel within the United States for assignments of up to three weeks (travel in WI as well as other parts of the US) and provide emergency assistance to those affected by large-scale disasters:

ERV Driver: Drive our Emergency Response Vehicle to provide hot meals after disasters. No CDL license needed.
Mass Care: Provide shelter, food, bulk recovery items and welfare information to people affected by disaster.

Logistics: Work to establish facilities, supplies, transportation and agreements before during and after disasters. 

Mental Health: Provide crisis counseling to those affected by disaster. Must have an active, unencumbered, unrestricted, independent, state license and a masters degree as a clinical social worker/psychologist, professional counselor, marriage & family therapist, school psychologist or psychiatrist.
Health Services: Provide health services to those affected by disasters. Must be a licensed health professional such as RN, LPN/LVN, PA, MD, EMT or CNA).

Deployment Officers: Like working with people? Detail oriented? Have daytime & flexibile availability? Assist with the maintenance, recruitment and deployment of current disaster volunteers on large scale disaster operations.
