FAQ:

1) How are the classes scheduled?
We are able to schedule daytime or evening classes Monday - Saturday at a time that is most convenient for you and your employees.  We are able to come to your location or offer the American Red Cross building as a training site.  We need approximately a two week notice before the date you would like class.

2) What is included in the training and how do I prepare my training facility?
Included in the training will be a certified American Red Cross instructor, manikins, first aid supplies, books and skills cards, American Red Cross certification card and additional equipment that will be discussed with you prior to the training date.  American Red Cross courses are video-driven and we will need TV/DVD or projection units with a training site to provide an adequate learning environment.  Click here for classroom set up guidelines.

3) What courses are offered, what are the costs, and how do I schedule?
For a list of all the courses offered and to discuss your training needs, please contact 608-232-5863 or email our sales staff for more information.
